I might look sleepy and calm in this pic, but notice the fuzziness of my face?  No no, I don’t mean the fur. I mean I don’t sit still for a second so it’s tough to get a good pic! Sorry ladies, you’ll have to see me in person to get the real picture. I’m as handsome as they come, take my word for it.

My name is Monty, by the way, but sometimes foster dad calls me Mr. Burns. I’m not sure what that’s all about. I have a sister named Lisa and a bunch of other siblings too, but Lisa is the only one that still hangs out with me in our foster home. We are just waiting patiently for our furrever families. Notice how I did that little double ‘r’ thing? Kinda like a growl? Cute, huh? I don’t growl much, but when I’m sleepy and my sister bumps into me, I squeak and groan. The humans say it’s pretty cute. I’m just trying to tell them, “I’m sleeping over here!” That’s pretty much what I do a lot of my day. Eat, sleep, poop, repeat. I’m just a few weeks old. Plus, that’s what all the cool puppies do. I’m just trying to fit in.

There are these other two dogs in our foster home and as hard as I try to get them to play, they just kind of look the other way. I’m cool, I promise! I think they just don’t want to hang out with the “freshmen”. It’s a popularity thing. I get it. Anyway, I bet there’s a place out there somewhere that I can be top dog. *wink wink*
